Terms and Conditions

​

Deposit - $300 required to secure your booking.

​

Full Payment - required 4 weeks prior to your stay.

​

Bond - $300 required prior to your stay and fully refunded following checkout inspection

Cancellation Policy

​

Should you need to postpone your stay, we will endeavour to do our best to assist you in rescheduling.

​

However, should you need to cancel your stay within 90 days of your booking date, an administration fee of 25% will be forfeited.

​

Cancellation within 60 days of stay date, you will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

If you cancel within 30 days, your full deposit will be forfeited if you are unable to reschedule.
